Jane Lindsey, Mary-Lou Grossberg, and Pat Bonderud

Past president Jane Lindsey and longtime volunteer Pat Bonderud met up for lunch recently with Mary-Lou Grossberg, who was our 29th president, serving from 1992 to 1993. She enjoyed reminiscing with Jane (our 34th president) and Pat, who joined CGS in 1980 and has worked extensively on our manuscript collection and vertical files. After lunch, Mary-Lou and Jane donned their presidential number caps for a photo!

Call for Nominations

by Jennifer Dix (10/31/2023)

CGS presidents past and present. We’re a fun group!

The CGS Board of Directors extends an invitation to members to nominate potential candidates for the Board. You may even nominate yourself! We are always looking for individuals with different talents to help guide our society. Would you like to join our fun and cordial group of decision-makers, or can you suggest someone who would? The current board includes people with backgrounds in communications, finance, science, architecture, marketing and business, among other things. At the moment, we are especially looking for individuals with an interest in finance and in event planning. Commitment includes attending monthly meetings and being willing to head a committee or a project/event. A term is two years.

Please email Nominations Committee chair Jennifer Dix: [email protected] with your suggestions no later than November 10.
