“Social Media for Genealogy” and “Photoshop Elements” available through December 31

We’ve had so many wonderful speakers at CGS this year. We’re pleased that we can offer the chance to see some of our past presentations in recorded form for a limited time. A previous post announced access to three lectures; two of them are still available for a few days.

We’ve recently made available recordings of two more presentations. These can be viewed through December 31.

Carly Morgan

Carly Morgan’s “Social Media for Genealogy” series walks you through various social media platforms. She offers advice on saving stories and photos and talks about using social media for genealogy research or to grow your genealogy business.

Ron Madson

Ron Madson’s presentation “Using Photoshop Elements for Genealogy” was presented November 19 at the Oakland FamilySearch Library. This class is designed for all levels of genealogists. Working primarily with digital images of genealogy records, documents and old family photos, Ron will guide you through the basic tools of Adobe Photoshop’s little brother, Photoshop Elements™.

We hope you take advantage of the opportunity to see these recorded presentations.
