This is one of the more advanced SIGs at California Genealogical Society, with prerequisites of the CGS DNA Series or its equivalent and you much have your test results uploaded at one of the common DNA websites.
This online members-only group meets online the fourth Monday of each month from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Mark McLaren leads this group and you can contact him at [email protected] for more information or to check your prerequisites.

The DNA Skills Special Interest Group members will continue to develop their understanding of DNA techniques, review new developments in DNA testing and tools, and discuss members’ research problems and case studies.
