Answer the Jukebox Genealogy survey!

by Jennifer Dix (6/11/2024)

All CGS members should have received the debut issue of Jukebox Genealogy earlier this month. If you’ve mislaid the email, it’s available for members on our website. We are hoping to hear from more of you – please take a minute to take the quick survey; it asks what old family letters you may possess. You are also invited to submit written responses or photos to be included in the next issue. The survey will be closed on June 15th, so please help us out!
Wanted: wordsmiths and communicators!

by Jennifer Dix (6/10/2024)

Like to write? Are you organized? Want to learn more about social media? Then we want you! We are always looking for CGS members to help with our blog entries, social media and our eNews. Commitment can be as little as an hour or two a month, and work can be done remotely. If you’d be interested in helping out, please contact Jennifer Dix or Carly Morgan.

CGS volunteering is a great way to connect with other members and pursue your interests. Many hands make light work, and even small tasks help! We have opportunities for all abilities. Whether you enjoy planning an event, helping at the library, book repair, greeting visitors, providing tech support for Zoom meetings, or public speaking, there’s a place for your talents! To learn more, check out our Volunteer Opportunities on the website.
